The body needs to get rid of all the bad stuff, while taking in lots of good stuff. Really common sense… but, most people don’t live that way. Most people are eating lots of crap; stuff we all know we shouldn’t be eat. Let’s be honest guys.. Donuts, chips, chocolate bars (dark chocolate’s an exception!). People are eating really bad stuff. Even people that are healthy, generally speaking, don’t do extensive detoxing. There’s so many ways to detox.. Today I get into it.
